The biggest Jackpot to go unclaimed by far was the humungous £64 million unclaimed by a Stevenage and Hitchin player. The winning Euromillions ticket was bought on June 8th 2012, and the ticket holder matched the five main numbers and two Lucky Star numbers to hit the jackpot, but failed to claim the pot by the deadline on December 8th 2012. The unclaimed prize on the National Lottery was a World Record breaking feat, making us the most absent minded country in the world!
On the bright side, the whole lot including interest DID go to National Lottery Good Causes!
